Who handles your enquiry?

What happens on this website?

Your equipment selection and dates are processed in your browser during the visit. The catalogue does not send them to Gloobi Boolga. The quote button opens an editable draft in your email app. We receive the information only if you send the email.

Information received by email

An enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates and project details. We use these to reply, prepare a quote and organise any agreed work. Preparing a quote you requested is based on pre-contractual steps; carrying out agreed work is based on the contract, and retaining mandatory records on applicable legal obligations. General enquiries are handled in our legitimate interest in responding to requests.

Access and retention

Information is available to the association members handling your enquiry and, where necessary, email, administration or accounting service providers involved in that work. It is retained for project follow-up and administration, then according to legal requirements for contractual and accounting records or the protection of the parties’ rights. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only for the period needed to follow them up.

Cookies and external services

The catalogue code does not add advertising or audience analytics tools. Association photographs, portrait-video thumbnails and logo animations are served with the website. Other video thumbnails load from YouTube or Vimeo. The homepage background and hover previews use embedded players; Instagram players load when you choose a portrait-video preview. These services may receive technical information and process data under their own policies. You can pause the background and logo animations; reduced-motion preferences are respected. Hosting and private-site authentication may process technical information needed for access and security.
